One Class, Supporting Body, Mind, and Community!
Our inclusive classes combine high-energy dance fitness, gentle low-impact Tai Chi, and traditional Chinese Qigong (Eight Piece Brocades) to support physical health, mental wellbeing, and social connection.Designed for people of different ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels, our warm and welcoming sessions help participants stay active, reduce isolation, build confidence, and feel part of a supportive community.

At All Belong Community, we create welcoming and inclusive spaces where people can move, connect, and grow together. Through our Balance & Breath Community Wellness programme, we combine the gentle practice of Tai Chi and Baduanjin with the energy and enjoyment of dance fitness — supporting midlife and older adults of all abilities to improve wellbeing, build confidence, and feel a stronger sense of belonging.
We believe wellbeing includes both body and mind. Our sessions are designed to support physical health, emotional wellbeing, and social connection in a safe and supportive environment where everyone feels welcome and valued.
