Gentle Movement & Wellbeing

A gentle, welcoming movement class inspired by Tai Chi and Eight Piece Brocade Qigong (Bā Duàn Jǐn). Using slow, flowing movements and mindful breathing, these sessions can help improve balance, mobility, posture, and relaxation.
Suitable for all ages and abilities, with options for both standing and seated practice. No previous experience is needed — just come along, move at your own pace, and enjoy a calm, supportive space to stretch, breathe, and unwind.
